Job Description
- Responsible for each assigned partnership for their daily performance and operational issues
- Responsible for monitoring monthly target and achievement on each assigned partnership
- Follow guidelines for each partnership scheme and create lean dashboard to track all documents (legal or non-legal), partnership detail, profile, and performance
- Acquire new potential partners and build good professional relationships in long term
- Maintain relationships with existing partners by providing support, information, guidance, and proactively researching and giving recommendations
- Analyze and report managed partnerships results and challenge on weekly & monthly basis to Manager
- Identify potential partners to create campaign collaboration for acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Collaborate with Category and Campaign Operation team to deliver week/monthly/annual campaign
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1), in any field
- Proven 2 years of working experience in related field
- Experience in partnership acquisition and management
- Experience in startup, e-commerce, technology, or similar environment
