Job Description
- In this position, you will drive strategic partnerships to expand the company’s offerings, market reach, and revenue. You will build long-term relationships with partners, negotiate favorable terms, develop sponsorship opportunities, and monitor competitor activities. You will manage sponsor relationships, ensuring satisfaction and renewals, while tracking the performance and ROI of partnerships to align with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sponsorship sales
- Analytical mindset to evaluate partnership performance and ROI
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle complex partner requirements
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Goal-oriented and self-driven
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
