Job Description
- Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to ensure engagement and maximize their performance.
- Campaign Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize affiliate marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure affiliate activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing goals and promotions.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on affiliate marketing performance and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, with a track record of driving successful campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships.
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Impact).
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
