Job Description

  • Handle/response Property's inquiry related with room allocation matter
  • Screening incoming occupancy alert to avoid overbooking
  • Follow up close out request from Property
  • Monitoring and follow up room availability through each OTA listings to avoid mismatch room allocation.

Requirements

  • Familiar with OTA will be a good advantage
  • Proficient in English
  • Able to join ASAP
