Job Description
- Handle/response Property's inquiry related with room allocation matter
- Screening incoming occupancy alert to avoid overbooking
- Follow up close out request from Property
- Monitoring and follow up room availability through each OTA listings to avoid mismatch room allocation.
Requirements
- Familiar with OTA will be a good advantage
- Proficient in English
- Able to join ASAP
