We are hiring 3 Subject Matter Experts to expand our CPNS preparation platform programming — one each for the following streams. You only need expertise in ONE stream — apply to your specialization:

- Pendidikan (Education)
Job Description:
- As an SKB Subject Matter Expert, you will leverage your first-hand experience passing the civil service exam to design highly relevant, exam-targeted study materials.
- The role is entirely milestone-based and asynchronous — designed to fit around your official government working hours. You can also opt into live sessions if you enjoy teaching.
Deliverables:
You will produce:
- Knowledge Graph — Structured outline of all major topics covered in SKB exam for your specialization (~80 knowledge nodes)
- Knowledge Cards — In-depth teaching materials for high-priority topics (~30 cards with worked examples and traps)
- CAT Question Bank — Written original technical SKB practice questions in BKN style: Each - 5 options (A-E) + correct key + detailed explanation + difficulty rating
- Interview Question Bank — Sample SKB (wawancara) questions specific to your stream (wawancara substansi, wawancara pengguna) — ~30 questions with model answers and evaluation rubrics
- Difficulty Calibration — Audit our scoring framework and submit 5 anchor questions for cross-team alignment
- Live Masterclasses (Optional) — If you enjoy teaching, you can host 2-4 weekend strategy webinars or Q&A via Zoom/Google Meet (additional compensation per session)
Requirements
Required (Must-Have):
- Active PNS or PPPK (currently working, or within the last 5 years) in a position relevant to your chosen stream
- Personally passed CPNS SKD and SKB in 2020 or later (modern CAT-based format)
- Minimum S1, S2 strongly preferred — with proven technical expertise in your specialization
- Deep familiarity with BKN exam structure, HOTS questions, and CAT scoring system
- Reliable internet + own laptop
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience teaching at bimbel CPNS or as exam item writer
- Active practitioner in your field (not just academic)
- For Hukum: Active Kejaksaan / Kemenkumham / MA officer with current case experience
- For Keuangan: Active auditor at BPK / BPKP / Itjen, or active staff at DJP / DJBC / DJPB
- For Pendidikan: Sertifikat Pendidik (Serdik) atau PPG completion · pengalaman menulis soal AKM
