Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media ads, email marketing, and programmatic ads.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, audience segmentation, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs)
- Utilize strong data analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in Performance/Growth/Digital Marketing
- Background working in Fintech or any highly-regulated industry
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing 360 Ad Platform, marketing database, and display advertising campaigns.
- Deep understanding in marketing funnels and customer journey.
- Experience in dealing with ad networks, DSP, and ad exchanges
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that are relevant
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and campaign structures
- Solid knowledge of website and app analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust)
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
