- Conduct competitor analysis in digital advertising to strengthen the brand’s competitive edge.
- Translate brand marketing goals into effective paid media plans that reach the right audience and drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- Improve SEO performance by optimizing keywords, page content, images, and on-page elements to boost lead generation.
- Analyze ad performance results to identify opportunities and develop strategies that enhance digital advertising effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure ad content aligns with company guidelines and brand/business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform changes, competitor strategies, and audience behavior.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor ad campaigns to ensure keyword use, visuals, and messages align with strategic goals.
- Evaluate the performance of each advertising platform, including campaign structure, infrastructure, and marketing strategy, to improve future performance.
- Monitor page and content performance (images, copy, tags, links) to ensure relevance, user experience, and consistency with campaign plans.
- Compile clear and accurate reports of marketing performance in a centralized, easy-to-access format.
- Ensure paid media spending is well-managed and aligned with the approved budget.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Previous experience in an agency or beauty/skincare industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, including CTR, ad costs, and media planning.
- Proficient in Digital Ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), social media analytics tools, and budget management.
