Job Description

Assist in planning and executing performance campaigns for TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Collaborate with Brand, Content, Creative, and Studio teams on campaign workflows, creative ideation, and execution.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
Support awareness campaigns across digital platforms (TikTok, Google, Meta) and provide insights for optimization.
Work closely with the team to manage the creative pipeline and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads is a plus.
Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data to provide actionable insights.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Brand, Content, Creative, and Studio).
Detail-oriented with good time management skills to meet deadlines.
Proactive, creative, and eager to learn about digital advertising strategies and tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
Passionate about digital marketing and keeping up with industry trends.
