Job Description
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement packaging strategies aligned with the Group's overall objectives, anticipating future needs and resource allocation.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire packaging process, from design and development to production and implementation, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and timely delivery.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of packaging professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Influence: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging solutions, providing expert advice and support.
- Innovation & Sustainability: Drive innovation in packaging materials and processes, championing sustainable practices in line with L'Oréal's commitment to environmental responsibility.
- Performance Management: Monitor departmental budgets, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, address non-conformances, and manage customer complaints to continuously improve packaging quality
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in packaging management within the FMCG industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of packaging materials, processes, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for innovation and sustainability.
- Experience managing budgets and driving performance improvements.
