Job Description
- Conduct packaging material trials and support the development of primary and secondary packaging for pharmaceutical products.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory-scale and pilot packaging equipment (e.g., blister, strip, and carton machines).
- Support packaging scale-up and technology transfer from development to commercial production.
- Document all packaging design evaluations, test results, and observations in compliance with GMP and data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure packaging suitability and compliance.
- Contribute to process improvements and product performance optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor (S1) in Pharmacy or Pharmacist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Packaging development Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experienced in packaging development processes, covering primary packaging (blistering, stripping) through to secondary packaging operations, including serialization and integration with production machinery.

- Thorough understanding of critical quality attributes (CQAs) for packaging materials and pharmaceutical finished products in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Innovative, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta Barat.
