As a Packaging Designer Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise and guide the packaging design team through concept development, 3D visualization, and final artwork preparation.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with product specifications.
- Review dielines, prototypes, and final artwork to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Oversee sampling, vendor communication, and color proofing to maintain production quality.
- Conduct market and trend research on materials, sustainability, and visual design innovations.
- Manage project timelines, team workload, and deliverables to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years in packaging design, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud & keyline packaging.
- Strong understanding of packaging structure, dielines, and printing processes (offset, flexo, digital, etc.).
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication abilities.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
