Job Description
- Responsible for outlets operational and financial performance, include maintaining an optimum manpower and supplies level & providing excellent service to guest .
Requirements
- Having at least 2 year experinces as Outlet Manager
- Manages all day-to-day operations
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations including food, beverages, and supervisory aspects
- Maintains services and sanitation standards in restaurants, bar/lounge and room service area
- Motivate and lead a team to delier an excellent service experience to guests
- Outgoing personality with excellent communications, strong leadership skill & target oriented
