Job Description
- Mengikuti program pelatihan terstruktur untuk memahami seluruh aspek operasional outlet, termasuk manajemen inventory, layanan pelanggan, kepemimpinan tim, dan kontrol finansial.
- Terlibat langsung dalam operasional outlet dengan mendampingi Store Manager, mempelajari prosedur pembukaan dan penutupan outlet, serta memahami alur kerja harian.
- Menganalisis penjualan, stok, dan efisiensi biaya untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas outlet dengan bimbingan mentor.
- Memastikan standar layanan pelanggan terbaik diterapkan, serta membantu menangani keluhan pelanggan secara efektif.
- Berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan kepemimpinan dan pengelolaan operasional guna mengembangkan keterampilan manajerial.
- Menyelesaikan assessment di setiap fase pelatihan untuk mengukur kesiapan dalam mengambil peran sebagai Store Manager.
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1/Sarjana, tidak ada ketentuan untuk jurusan.
- Fresh graduate dipersilahkan untuk melamar, namun jika memiliki pengalaman bekerja di bidang F&B sebelumnya akan menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan team management.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik.
- Memiliki kemampuan problem-solving dan mampu beradaptasi di lingkungan yang dinamis.
- Mampu berkomitmen dalam memberikan layanan terbaik untuk customer.
- Memiliki semangat belajar dan berkembang di dunia F&B.
- Teliti dan berkomitmen untuk memberikan hasil pekerjaan berkualitas tinggi.
- Mampu bekerja dengan jam kerja yang fleksibel.
