Job Description
- Collaborate effectively with the daily workforce (PHL) to execute outbound processes, both as a team and individually.
- Maintain and update Data Outbound Warehouses
- Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure the staging area is prepared for order picking.
- Organize and oversee on-shift outbound operations, ensuring smooth workflow and workload distribution.
- Monitor and support pickers in handling products while ensuring adherence to quality standards and productivity targets.
- Accurately input daily reports into the outbound system for review by outbound leaders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to workplace safety regulations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse outbound operations or a related field within the retail or supply chain industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and manage data effectively.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and outbound logistics processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in Bogor area and available for shift-based schedules.
