Job Description
1. Quotation & Execution
- Prepare and deliver quotations to clients based on direction and rate guidelines provided by management.
- Execute OTC transactions (buy/sell) and ensure all trade details are accurately recorded.
- Confirm rates, transaction amounts, and timelines with both clients and partners before execution.
2. Transaction Monitoring & Settlement
- Oversee every trade from initiation to completion, ensuring funds are received and disbursed without delay.
- Coordinate with clients and internal for payment confirmations and transaction proofs.
- Update management immediately on settlement status, fund receipt, or discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain transaction logs and settlement reports for internal records.
3. Liquidity & Balance Tracking
- Monitor the daily in/out flow of funds across all liquidity accounts.
- Reconcile balances at the end of each day and report any inconsistencies.
4. Partner Payments
- Handle payment execution to partners once rates and terms are confirmed by management.
- Ensure all partner payments are made accurately, on time, and documented properly.
5. Communication & Coordination
- Maintain direct communication with clients and internal team to ensure clarity on every trade step.
- Escalate any anomalies, delayed transactions, or rate disputes to management immediately.
- Support smooth workflow between quoting, payment, and reporting processes.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain a clear and organized record of all transactions, including rate confirmations, payment proofs, and chat logs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar or related field such as trading, treasury, finance, or other relevant operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and familiar with digital tools or financial systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and proactive attitude.
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and reliability in handling data and transactions.
- Works well with others and communicates effectively across teams.
