Job Description
- Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources and given recommendation for organization capacity
- Conduct Workload Analysis & Job Evaluation
- Gather, maintain, and analyze Employee Performance to give business insights for stakeholders & management
- Communicates with stakeholders to find insights and organization needs
- Manage the process & interventions on employee performance management, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction
- Manage organizational change, employee transfer, and performance management process
- Analyzing Data related in Performance Management & Talent Mapping Process
- Managing people performance through KPIs Development and Performance Monitoring
Requirements
- Having more than 4 years in Organization Development and Performance Management
- Familiar with OKR / KPI cascading processes, Job Analysis & Job Evaluation Process
- Experience in the development of KPI and employee performance metrics
- Strong understanding in Business Process Improvement
- Strong analytical thinking, fast paced, able to communicate in many various layers of management and stakeholders
- Highly proficient in excel & able to analyze data
- Adapt easily with rapid change in startup environment
