Job Description
- Design and optimize organizational structures, including departmental charts and reporting lines.
- Develop job descriptions, KPIs, and OKRs to align roles with company strategy.
- Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
- Implement leadership and employee development programs to enhance skills and improve retention.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Organizational Development, HR, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with KPI/OKR frameworks and performance management systems.
- Proven experience with organizational design, talent development, and change management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess organizational needs and propose improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a strategic mindset.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
