Job Description
- Perform the design process of organizational structure and roles
- Ensure the updated data base and documentation of Organization design, Job analysis & evaluation and Performance management
- Perform the process of job analysis / description by maintaining job grading for all position
- Monitor and update headcount budget and provide manpower data to other units
- Assist in organizing of the Performance Evaluation process in BINUS
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Organization Development
- Able to create and mantain Job description and structure is a must
- Fluent in English.
