- Melakukan review dan memastikan desain struktur organisasi, lingkup kerja, dan job description sesuai dengan proses bisnis.
- Memastikan kesesuaian antara update pemegang jabatan di struktur organisasi yang telah disetujui sudah sesuai dengan pendataan database karyawan di HRIS dan terimplementasi di organisasi terkait.
- Mendokumentasikan seluruh dokumen terkait penyusunan struktur organisasi dan job description beserta lampiran yang diperlukan.
- Monitoring implementasi project organization development.
- Memberikan insight atau rekomendasi bagi organisasi, mendokumentasikan pengerjaan project OD serta melakukan update progress & report akhir pertanggungjawaban project OD.
- Memeriksa dan memastikan seluruh dokumen kerja tersimpan dan terunggah pada sistem yang disediakan dengan lengkap.
- Memimpin, mengarahkan dan mengelola anggota tim untuk memastikan kualitas kinerja serta memaksimalkan potensi anggota tim.
Requirements
- Pendidikan min. S1 Psikologi dengan IPK min. 3.00
- Diutamakan berpengalaman di bidang Organization Development min. 5 tahun
- Menguasai Ms. Visio/Draw.io
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta Barat
