Job Description
- Collect and analyze performance data to track progress
- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions
- Support the performance review process, including tools and tracking
- Provide general administrative support to the Organization Development & Performance Management (ODPM) team
- Help with simple tasks related to employee development programs, like trainings, workshops, or mentoring
- Support the performance review process by assisting with basic data collection and tracking
- Help keep employee and training records organized and up to date
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree with no ongoing class schedule
- Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
- Basic Ms. Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willing to work full-time from our office in Kuningan, South Jakarta
