Job Description
- Melakukan proses pencocokan warna sesuai dengan standar dan prosedur perusahaan.
- Dapat menyelesaikan proses pewarnaan sesuai dengan persyaratan perusahaan, mengikuti jadwal produksi.
- Bertanggung jawab atas pencatatan penggunaan pasta warna dalam setiap batch dengan benar.
- Bertanggung jawab atas stok pasta warna, kebersihan area penyimpanan warna beserta administrasinya (kartu stok).
- Bersedia melakukan kegiatan lain selain kegiatan pencocokan warna jika diperlukan, seperti packing atau hal lain yang diperlukan sesuai dengan instruksi Manajer PPIC.
Requirements
- Latar belakang pendidikan SLTA, baik dari SMK Kimia Industri atau SMK Mesin Non Otomotif.
- Pengalaman kerja selama 5 tahun sebagai Waterbase Colour Matcher (Solvent Base Colour Matcher dapat dipertimbangkan).
- Pengalaman dalam mencocokkan warna cat untuk produksi (Laboratorium tidak dihitung).
- Memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dalam bekerja.
- Terampil dan teliti dalam menggunakan timbangan.
- Bersifat komunikatif, mudah beradaptasi dengan tim yang sudah ada, dan memiliki kepribadian ekstrovert.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Bekasi - Narogong.
