Job Description
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Identify operational challenges and drive effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 7–10 years of professional experience in Operations, Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of proven leadership experience managing teams and driving operational performance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing, and target-driven environment is highly preferred.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya.
