Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Monitor and maintain adherence to club operation’s policies, regulations, and standards within the Operations Department related to Customer Experience.
- Conduct regular checking of administrative processes to identify areas of non-compliance or potential risk.
- Escalate on compliance cases/ findings to the CX Manager.
- Mitigate risks, ensuring a proactive approach to compliance-related challenges.
Requirements
What We Need:
- A minimum of a high school diploma (SMA) or Associate's degree (D3) in a relevant or a related field, coupled with a proven track record in administrative roles.
- Strong familiarity with compliance principles, regulations, and standards, and the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work. The role requires a keen eye for identifying discrepancies, potential risks, and deviations from compliance requirements.
