
Job Description
- Monitor daily business performance and develop clear, insightful reports and dashboards to track regional metrics.
- Analyze data to identify issues and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making.
- Prepare periodic business reviews and strategic analysis reports for management.
- Execute regional growth strategies from headquarters, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track progress of key initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Act as liaison to bridge communication between headquarters and local team by ensuring accurate and efficient information flow.
- Gather market insights, competitor analysis, and field feedback to support strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, business analysis, sales support, or similar roles (Experience in Financial Services is a plus).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data sensitivity.
- Proficient in data tools such as Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and cultures.
