Job Description
- Handle and manage all cargo-related documentation. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule cargo shipments, arrivals, and departures. Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely and efficient cargo movement.
- Monitor and track cargo shipments in real-time, utilizing tracking systems and communication tools. Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding the status and location of cargo.
- Maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and carriers. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely responses to ensure a smooth cargo operation process.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to manage and track cargo inventory levels. Ensure accurate recording of cargo receipts, storage, and dispatch.
- Identify and resolve issues related to cargo operations, such as delays, damages, and discrepancies. Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure cargo quality standards are met during handling, storage, and transportation. Implement measures to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss of goods.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with all major background
- Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals and partners
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Having related experiences in logistics companies or startup companies would be preferred
- Detailed oriented and timely manner person
