Job Description
- Act as the primary PIC (Person-in-Charge) for all branch operational matters.
- Monitor and handle operational needs including utilities, maintenance, and repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure all operational payments (electricity, WiFi, maintenance, etc.) are processed accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular branch visits to ensure facilities are properly maintained and aligned with company standards.
- Prepare operational reports and escalate major issues to management for approval and decision-making.
- Maintain proper documentation of operational expenses and service records.
- Support basic administrative and HR-related operational coordination when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in operations, administration, or a similar role is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multi-branch coordination.
- Good communication and vendor negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel for routine branch visits.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
