Job Description

  1. Manage and oversee all warehouse operational activities, including inbound, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, outbound, and return processes.
  2. Ensure order fulfillment processes are executed on time, accurately, and in compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets of each marketplace platform, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Blibli.
  3. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory reconciliation activities.
  4. Lead, direct, develop, and evaluate warehouse team performance, including Heads, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators.
  5. Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse operational SOPs to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
  6. Ensure achievement of operational KPIs, including: Inventory Accuracy; Order Fulfillment Accuracy; On-Time Dispatch; Productivity per Manpower; Warehouse Cost Efficiency.
  7. Manage the utilization of Warehouse Management System and Enterprise Resource Planning systems, ensuring all inventory and order transactions are processed accurately without system issues.
  8. Conduct operational analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve process efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize operational costs.
  9. Coordinate with E-commerce, PPIC, IT, 3PL/Logistics providers, Customer Service, and external operations teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operational execution.
  10. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards, security requirements, and warehouse housekeeping standards.
  11. Manage manpower planning, workforce scheduling, and warehouse operational budgeting.
  12. Support capacity planning during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, and high- volume periods.
  13. Prepare operational performance reports and present analysis and recommendations to management.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  3. Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment, 3PL, or FMCG operations is highly preferred, particularly in online retail environments.
  4. Proficient in Warehouse Management System, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
  6. Understanding of warehouse KPIs and inventory management .
