Job Description:
As the Operations Manager at Topupnolimit.com, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and secure operation of our e-commerce and digital top-up services. You will play a key role in optimizing our platform, managing relationships with technical vendors, and delivering a superior user experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the Topupnolimit.com e-commerce platform to ensure high uptime, fast load times, and a seamless user experience.
- Oversee and manage partnerships with platform technical service providers (e.g., Vocagame), including setting and monitoring SLAs and escalating technical issues as needed.
- Plan for server and infrastructure capacity to anticipate traffic spikes and business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance platform stability and performance while minimizing downtime.
- Manage the digital order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to handle escalated operational issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to e-commerce operations.
- Lead and mentor the Platform Operations Specialist team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, ideally within the gaming, digital payment, or digital product industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital payment systems, and digital inventory management.
- Proven experience in managing technical vendors and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and adaptive environment.
- Familiarity with platform performance and infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, IT, or a related field.
