Responsibilities:
As an Operation Associate Intern, you will be assisting the team working with multiple backgrounds and serving Top Management along with other offices across Indonesia. The job covers multiple grounds from the management and the operation team.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing the club’s P&L and people performance (KPIs)
- Assist in creating a recommendation and strategy for club operations
- Assist in creating and managing operational processes so that your hypothesis aligns with the current stakeholders, depending on the project or stream
- Work hand-in-hand with the top management to support the growth of the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (internship experience in project management across various industries is preferred).
- Possess strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Hybrid working arrangement (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home).
