About the Role
As our Operations Associate, you won't just be watching the gears turn—you’ll be the one making sure they’re oiled and spinning at top speed. You will sit at the heart of our regional operations, ensuring our fleet and workforce are moving efficiently to meet our partners' needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Fleet & Driver Management: Oversee daily deployments and ensure high fulfillment rates for our EV logistics partners.
- Onboarding & Training: Help manage the pipeline of new talent and ensure they are "Dash-ready" from day one.
- Problem Solving: Be the first point of contact for operational bottlenecks, from scheduling conflicts to regional logistics hurdles.
- Data Tracking: Monitor operational KPIs (fulfillment, attendance, and delivery speed) to help the leadership team make data-driven decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and billing accuracy.

Requirements
Who We Are Looking For:
- The Agile Mover: You have 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a high-growth startup.
- Communication Pro: You can talk to anyone—from C-level executives to ground-level drivers—with clarity and empathy.
- Data-Comfortable: You’re not afraid of spreadsheets and can use data to tell a story or spot a problem.
- Passion for EV: You’re excited about the future of electric vehicles and sustainable logistics.
- Regional Ready: Experience managing regional stakeholders or multi-city operations is a massive plus!
