Job Description
- Respond quickly to operational needs.
- Work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Demonstrate honesty and accountability in all tasks.
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Be ready to standby outside regular working hours.
- Process payment gateway integrations with clients, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist in the complaint handling process
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the payment gateway industry.
- Knowledge of e-commerce transactions.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve issues or cases effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
