Job Description
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational risks across business units.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Operational Risk tasks such as RCSA, KRI, and LED.
- Assist in monitoring risk mitigation action plans and follow up with related stakeholders.
- Assist the Head of Risk Management in organizing the Risk Management Committee (RMC).
- Risk Management assessment and another task related to Operational Risk
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 2 years of work experience, including a minimum of 1 year in Operational Risk Management.
- Experience in banking or P2P lending industry will be highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Operational Risk task concepts such as RCSA, KRI, and LED.
- Experience in preparing or contributing to Operational Risk Management opinions or assessments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum written proficiency in English.
