Job Description

  • Melakukan Monitoring Performasi Operasional;
  • Melakukan coaching, counseling, motivasi, dan evaluasi kepada team;
  • Pemetaan kebutuhan tim agar operasional berjalan sesuai standar;
  • Menentukan KPI, SLA Matriks Contact Center dan prosedur evaluasinya;
  • Membuat Laporan Harian, Mingguan, dan Bulanan terkait pelayanan Contact Center;
  • Menjaga SOP yang berlaku diterapkan;
  • Memastikan KPI Agent dan layanan tercapai;
  • Menjadikan suatu teladan di semua aspek sebagai karyawan di lingkungan kerja Contact Center;
  • Memiliki disiplin dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan maupun target yang telah ditentukan;
  • Dapat melakukan penilaian kinerja secara objektif sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku;
  • Mengawasi proses Forecasting dan WFM serat realtime monitoring
  • Menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan rasa kepemilikan dalam diri pekerja.

Requirements

  • Pria/Wanita berusia maksimal 40 tahun;
  • Pendidikan minimal Strata-I (S1) semua jurusan;
  • Diutamakan Pengalaman Di Call Center Inbound
  • Pengalaman min 1 tahun di posisi yang sama 
  • Paham proses Forecasting dan WFM serat realtime monitoring
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership (manage team);
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik;
  • Memiliki kemampuan melakukan coaching, counseling, motivasi, dan evaluasi kepada tim;
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Bisa mengolah data dan membuat Analisa
  • Ramah, sopan, cekatan & mempunyai etika yang baik;
  • Memilki sikap persuasif, proaktif & dinamis;
  • Pengetahuan mengenai KPI & SLA Matriks Contact Center;
  • Memiliki pengalaman membuat laporan dengan Ms. Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup & Pivot) & materi presentasi berupa Ms. Powerpoint;
  • Memiliki kemampuan Leadership.
