Job Description
- Ensure daily operations at each outlet run efficiently and effectively
- Maintain service and product quality in line with company standards
- Document incident reports and ensure proper resolution of customer complaints
- Prepare waste recap reports for each outlet
- Maintain COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) stability across all outlets
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets for all outlets
- Compile monthly revenue reports for each store
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional programs
- Monitor and manage staffing/manning at each outlet
- Work closely with the QC team to oversee outlet stock opname and inventory control
- Conduct regular evaluations of bar and service quality
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to bar and service staff
- Analyze pest control reports for all stores
- Ensure implementation of succession planning and employee development in outlets
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team regarding repairs and maintenance needs
- Oversee preparation and smooth execution of new outlet openings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality or Tourism
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operational Manager or Assistant Manager in an F&B chain or restaurant group
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Team-building and staff development capabilities
- Honest, detail-oriented, committed, and high integrity
