Job Description
- Conduct operational audits across retail outlets and business units to assess process efficiency and compliance
- Review key functions such as inventory/stock opname, sales, logistics, procurement, and customer service.
- Analyze data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare audit reports with clear findings and recommendations.
- Present insights to management and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support audit planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in operational or internal auditing (in retail, FMCG, supply chain, or manufacturing industries).
- SMK or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Familiarity with ISO standards; certification ISO 9001 is a plus.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for site audits.
