Job desc :
- Manage pettycash
- Collect & upload hasil dokumentasi (foto & video) tim dokumentasi & content static
- Rekapitulasi absensi tim ops per periode
- Menyiapkan dan mengajukan invoice, payment request (tagihan listrik, token & internet) & CA
- Menyiapkan pengajuan perpanjangan asuransi & mengarsipkan polis asuransi
- Maintenance pengajuan internal memo & stock request
Requirements
Job requirement :
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) atau Bachelor Degree (S1).
- Pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang administrasi lebih diutamakan.
- Mampu bekerja dengan cepat di lingkungan yang serba cepat.
- Mampu belajar dan memahami pekerjaan dengan cepat.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik.
- Mahir menggunakan Ms Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
