
Job Description
- Monitor and report on daily operational issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Translate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into required languages and support superiors in managing the SOP implementation process.
- Communicate and implement internal management policies, requests, and strategic plans to ensure proper execution.
- Oversee the daily implementation of verification processes, manage operational and system constraints, and coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Ensure accurate data entry and support the execution of various operational projects on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Basic understanding of the Finance or Banking industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
