Operation Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field. Backgrounds in science, engineering, education, or other disciplines with a strong analytical and systematic approach are preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in program management, project coordination, educational activities, or operational roles (experience in NGO or social sector is not mandatory).
• Proven ability to design and execute programs in a structured manner, from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in field-based environments.
• Comfortable gathering and utilizing basic data or information to support program planning and evaluation.
• Ability to simplify concepts or materials so they are easily understood by children from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good time management and work planning skills.
• Comfortable working with clear targets, timelines, and defined responsibilities.
• High initiative and strong learning agility.
• Willing to conduct regular field activities to implement educational programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in educational activities, training, or facilitating sessions for children.
• Experience in developing simple learning materials or modules.
• Experience in preparing activity reports or program documentation.
• Experience presenting or explaining programs to stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing program or funding proposals.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in program implementation.
• Proficient in using common work tools such as spreadsheets, reporting documents, and task management tools.
