Job Description
As an Operation Associate, you will be working in a small team with multiple backgrounds and will be serving Top Management along with other offices across Indonesia. The job covers multiple grounds from the management and the operation team.
- Gather and analyze club’s P&L and people performance (KPIs)
- Create a recommendation and strategy for club operations
- Create and manage operational processes so that your hypothesis aligns with the current stakeholders, depending on the project or stream
- Work hand-in-hand with the top management to support the growth of the company
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, etc
- At least 2 years of experience in project management from various industries
- Possess good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data
- Can work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
- Willing to travel across Indonesia
