Job Description

  • Memonitor, mengkoordinir, dan mengelola operasional outlet harian agar berjalan sesuai dengan standar set yang sudah ditetapkan
  • Memonitor dan mengevaluasi Complaint Rate dan memastikan komplain tidak terjadi kembali
  • Memastikan service excellence berjalan di semua outlet
  • Memonitor, mengkoordinir, dan memastikan agar bahan baku yang digunakan di outlet sesuai dengan proporsi penggunaan seharusnya
  • Merancang strategi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan profit
  • Merancang standard operating procedure untuk semua aspek operational lapangan maupun supply chain bahan baku

Requirements

  • 4 tahun lebih pengalaman bekerja di Industri F&B sebagai Operational Manager
  • Mampu berpikir secara terstruktur dalam memecahkan suatu masalah
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Familiar dengan pengelolaan bahan baku
  • Familiar dengan mengolah dan menganalisa data
