Job Description
- Overseeing the daily planning and use of the fleet, ensuring distribution matches capacity and demand.
- Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out according to standards and coordinating with the Chief Mechanic.
- Monitoring the schedule, discipline, and compliance of drivers with safety rules and travel SOPs.
- Acting as the main liaison between the field operational team and central management, and leading daily briefings.
- Managing operational expenses (fuel, maintenance, spare parts) to align with the budget.
- Creating daily/weekly reports on fleet status, drivers, repairs, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Transportation Management / Logistics / General Management.
- Have minimum 5-7 years in logistics/trucking operations, with experience leading a team.
- Experience in Fleet management & vehicle maintenance, Scheduling & dispatching, Operational cost control, and Operational data analysis & reporting.
- Willing to work in Probolinggo, East Java
