Job Description
As part of our business expansion, Central Park, a business unit of Agung Podomoro Land Tbk, is opening Deli Park Mall in Medan and Central Park Borneo in Balikpapan, and is inviting experienced professionals to join as Operational Manager (Mall) for both locations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational department and ensure operational activities run according to applicable standards & procedures.
- Manage, monitor & evaluate operational activities related to Security, Parking, Housekeeping, and Retail Operations.
- Conduct performance reviews for each staff to motivate and provide clear direction and support.
- Coordinate work with internal parties as well as with external companies (outsourcing or government).
- Develop a work plan & operational annual budget.
- Implement changes and improvements required by management
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same position for operational building/mall management or related field.
- Able to analyze and solve operational management problems.
- Have good relationships and good interpersonal communication.
- Having strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to work under shift schedule and public holidays.
- Willing to be placed in Medan or Balikpapan
