Job Description
Responsible for coordinating daily operational activities and guiding the staff at the driving range, effectively managing routine and non-routine tasks to ensure a smooth and productive environment .
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major ( Hospitality, Business Management or Sport Management preferred )
- Minimum 3 years experience in operations or managerial role in a golf club, sport facility, hospitality, entertainment, bar, or restaurant .
- Target oriented
- Strong leadership and good communication skills
- Familiar with the entertainment industry
- Priority is given to those who can play golf
- Experience in managing marketing aspects of a company, including strategy development, social media management and promotions, as well as having the ability to analyze markets and identify business opportunities
- This position will be assigned at Damai Indah Golf – PIK (Jakarta Utara)
