Job Description

  1. Support the Academic Operations team in coordinating and executing study abroad mentoring programs.
  2. Assist in responding to inquiries from mentors and students regarding the mentoring process.
  3. Help ensure the readiness and functionality of online learning platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.).
  4. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date academic records and data.
  5. Participate in quality control checks for mentoring sessions and report to the team leader.
  6. Contribute to improving operational workflows within the study abroad program.
  7. Help create a positive and supportive learning environment for students and mentors.
  8. Stay informed about the latest trends in study abroad and suggest ideas for improvement.
  9. Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the team leader within the scope of study abroad program operation

Requirements

  1. Undergraduate student (min. 4th semester) or fresh graduate or recent graduate from any major.
  2. Not participate in volunteering/KKN/PKL/other internship activities during the internship program
  3. Passionate about education and study abroad topics.
  4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  5. Excellent communication skills to work in a diverse environment.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
  7. Proficiency in Google Meet and Google Workspace.
  8. Ability to adapt quickly.
  9. Have a passion for education.
  10. Knowledge about scholarship is a plus point.
  11. Ready to work flexible hours, including morning, afternoon, or evening shifts based on the team's needs.
