- Support coordination of internal and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, including follow-up and scheduling of meetings.
- Conduct operational analysis as needed to support strategic initiatives by identifying root causes, assessing process efficiency, and recommending data-driven improvements.
- Prepare and consolidate data presentations for weekly and monthly business reviews, including OKRs and performance indicator dashboards, to provide insights, monitor progress, and assist strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to support business goals.
- Prepare reports on clinic performance and patient complaints to identify trends, highlight operational gaps, and offer actionable insights for strategic and operational improvements.
- Compile and verify performance data for calculating monthly performance-based incentives, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely submission to stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely execution of Operational Excellence activities (e.g., Monthly Reviews, Virtual Clinic Tours, project meetings) and follow up on PICA (Problem Identification and Corrective Action) items to guarantee proper implementation.
- Maintain and update documentation for GM-led projects and operational initiatives to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and alignment with project schedules.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, performance monitoring, or project coordination, preferably within healthcare or clinical settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Project Management principles.
- Skills in Data Analysis.
