Job Description
- Assist to manage website and marketplaces day-to-day operations ex: Response order
- Reply chat on MPs and Admin Phone (wa)
- Checking price, product description, images regulary on marketplaces
- Upload Banner and promotion update at MPs
- Packing product customer all channel
- Ensuring AVA: Availability, Visibility, Accessability Assortments
- Creating Collections / Categorization Products
- Report to Ecommerce Manager/SM
- Host for Live Streaming
- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
- Managing inventory
- Organized, and ability to adapt to fast paced environment
- Create reporting sales and chat performance daily, weekly and monthly and report to manager
- Reply chat (MP's and Whatsapp) outside office hour
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from all major (Marketing, Communication studies major is a plus)
- A minimum of 1 year working experience at Online channel for brand
- Having experience in handling online platform such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli etc.
- Target, sales, and customer oriented
- Strict attention to details and passionate about E-commerce
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work as a team
- Understanding MS Office
- Familiar with reporting data and often use Ms excel (data pivot) is preferred.
