As a Office Management Intern, you will:
- Support day-to-day office operations, administrative and assist in resolving operational issues
- Assist in managing office staff, including OB team
- Help monitor office assets and coordinate routine maintenance
- Assist with General Affairs budget tracking and invoice processing
- Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Finance, and IT
- Help manage vendor coordination, building management coordination and office supplies
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and departmental needs
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final-year student (Business Admin or related field)
- Proficient computer skills MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for coordinating with various departments and vendors
- Have an eager to learn attitude and attention to detail
- Willing to fully work at head office in Tebet, South Jakarta
