Job Description
- Greet visitors to our office
- Answer phone calls to reception and transfer it to the appropriate person
- Assist with the procurement of office supplies
- Assist other employees with general duties and administration
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail & packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Help HR department with onboarding new employees
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritise task efficiently
- Friendly and professional personality
- Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
