Office Assistant / Cleaning Service Job Description
- Responsible to maintain the cleanliness of employee work spaces, office equipment and the company environment
- Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees - under supervision / monitoring from HRGA
- Serving drinks, food and catering to meetings, conferences or training needs
- Collects and distributes courier or worker packages and searches and sorts messages
- Occasionally support GA teams in answering and forwarding phone calls, as well as receive messages
- Supporting GA teams in receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing the visitor to responsible PIC
- Receive and send office documents/faxes as needed; as well as supporting other employee in basic clerical task such as photocopying
- Work with GA team in monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
- Other needed duties that requested by HRGA
Requirements
Qualifications
- Min Education: SMA/SMK Graduate
- Min 1-2 years experiences as Cleaning Service, Housekeeping, or Office Assistant is required. Fresh graduate with office hygiene knowledge are welcomed to apply.
- Willing to work in shift schedule
- Have own motorcycle and SIM C is an advantage
- Possess basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Displaying a clean, neat, and well groomed appearance
- Have friendly, helpful, and service oriented personality
- Disciplined, honest, responsible, and able to work quickly and precisely
- Able to join as soon as possible - WFO placement in Sudirman
