Job Description
- Melakukan asuhan dan tindakan keperawatan pada pasien.
- Menerima pasien dengan prosedur dan ketentuan berlaku.
- Berperan serta dengan anggota tim dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan.
- Melakukan tindakan medis dasar pemasangan infus, ambil darah dan suntik intramuscular secara baik.
- Melaksanakan instruksi dokter terkait pemberian obat-obatan.
- Memantau tanda vital pasien.
Requirements
- Pendidikan min. s1 Keperawatan & Profesi Ners.
- Memiliki pengalaman di RS minimal 2 tahun, lebih disukai yang berpengalaman di IGD
- Memiliki STR Seumur Hidup.
- Terbiasa melakukan pemasangan infus, ambil darah dan suntik intramuscular.
- Memiliki interpersonal skill dan komunikasi yang baik.
- Bersedia ikut serta dalam homecare.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di area Jakarta Barat.
